Updating Your Profile
Change your name, contact info, and profile photo
- 1Go to Settings > Account in your FTNSS Partner dashboard
- 2Click on your profile picture to upload a new photo
- 3Update your name, phone number, and business email
- 4Changes save automatically as you type
- 5Your profile photo appears on all communications with guests
Changing Your Email Address
Update the email used for your FTNSS account
- 1Navigate to Settings > Account > Email
- 2Enter your new email address
- 3You'll receive a verification link at the new email
- 4Click the link to confirm the change
- 5Your old email will receive a notification of the change for security
Resetting Your Password
Change or recover your account password
- 1From the login screen, click 'Forgot Password'
- 2Enter your registered email address
- 3Check your inbox for the reset link (also check spam)
- 4Click the link and create a new password (8+ characters, mix of letters/numbers)
- 5Your new password takes effect immediately
Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to your account
- 1Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication
- 2Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy)
- 3Scan the QR code shown on screen
- 4Enter the 6-digit code to verify setup
- 5Save your backup codes in a secure location
Email Preferences
Control which emails you receive from FTNSS
- 1Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Email
- 2Choose your preferences for booking confirmations, payouts, and marketing
- 3Booking-related emails cannot be fully disabled for security
- 4Marketing emails can be turned off completely
- 5Weekly summary reports can be enabled or disabled
Account Security Best Practices
Keep your FTNSS account secure
- 1Use a unique password that you don't use elsewhere
- 2Enable two-factor authentication
- 3Never share your login credentials with anyone
- 4Log out when using shared computers
- 5Review connected devices in Settings > Security
Deleting Your Account
Permanently close your FTNSS Partner account
- 1Before deleting, ensure all pending payouts are complete
- 2Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- 3You'll need to confirm by typing 'DELETE'
- 4Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- 5Historical data is retained for 7 years for legal compliance
