    Updating Your Profile

    Change your name, contact info, and profile photo

    1. 1Go to Settings > Account in your FTNSS Partner dashboard
    2. 2Click on your profile picture to upload a new photo
    3. 3Update your name, phone number, and business email
    4. 4Changes save automatically as you type
    5. 5Your profile photo appears on all communications with guests

    Changing Your Email Address

    Update the email used for your FTNSS account

    1. 1Navigate to Settings > Account > Email
    2. 2Enter your new email address
    3. 3You'll receive a verification link at the new email
    4. 4Click the link to confirm the change
    5. 5Your old email will receive a notification of the change for security

    Resetting Your Password

    Change or recover your account password

    1. 1From the login screen, click 'Forgot Password'
    2. 2Enter your registered email address
    3. 3Check your inbox for the reset link (also check spam)
    4. 4Click the link and create a new password (8+ characters, mix of letters/numbers)
    5. 5Your new password takes effect immediately

    Two-Factor Authentication

    Add an extra layer of security to your account

    1. 1Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication
    2. 2Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy)
    3. 3Scan the QR code shown on screen
    4. 4Enter the 6-digit code to verify setup
    5. 5Save your backup codes in a secure location

    Email Preferences

    Control which emails you receive from FTNSS

    1. 1Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Email
    2. 2Choose your preferences for booking confirmations, payouts, and marketing
    3. 3Booking-related emails cannot be fully disabled for security
    4. 4Marketing emails can be turned off completely
    5. 5Weekly summary reports can be enabled or disabled

    Account Security Best Practices

    Keep your FTNSS account secure

    1. 1Use a unique password that you don't use elsewhere
    2. 2Enable two-factor authentication
    3. 3Never share your login credentials with anyone
    4. 4Log out when using shared computers
    5. 5Review connected devices in Settings > Security

    Deleting Your Account

    Permanently close your FTNSS Partner account

    1. 1Before deleting, ensure all pending payouts are complete
    2. 2Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
    3. 3You'll need to confirm by typing 'DELETE'
    4. 4Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
    5. 5Historical data is retained for 7 years for legal compliance
