    Setting Your Regular Hours

    Define when your gym is open for FTNSS guests

    1. 1Go to Listing > Hours in your dashboard
    2. 2Set opening and closing times for each day
    3. 3Mark days as closed if applicable (e.g., Sundays)
    4. 4You can set different hours for weekdays vs weekends
    5. 5Save changes - they take effect immediately

    Managing Holiday Closures

    Block dates when your gym is closed

    1. 1Navigate to Listing > Calendar
    2. 2Click on a date to modify its status
    3. 3Select 'Closed' for holiday closures
    4. 4You can bulk select multiple dates
    5. 5Existing bookings on closed dates will be automatically cancelled

    Seasonal Hours

    Adjust hours for different times of year

    1. 1Go to Listing > Hours > Seasonal
    2. 2Click 'Add Season' (e.g., 'Summer Hours')
    3. 3Set the date range for the season
    4. 4Define the modified hours
    5. 5Seasonal hours automatically activate on the start date

    24/7 Gym Settings

    Configure round-the-clock access

    1. 1In Hours settings, toggle '24/7 Access' on
    2. 2Choose if guests get key fob or door code
    3. 3Set staff hours separately if applicable
    4. 4Note: 24/7 access may require additional safety measures
    5. 5Clearly explain access procedure in your listing

    Emergency Closures

    Handle unexpected closures

    1. 1Go to Calendar and select today's date
    2. 2Click 'Close Immediately'
    3. 3Enter a reason (optional but recommended)
    4. 4All affected guests will be notified automatically
    5. 5They receive full refunds for today's bookings

    Capacity Management

    Limit how many FTNSS guests can book

    1. 1Navigate to Listing > Capacity
    2. 2Set maximum simultaneous FTNSS guests
    3. 3This prevents overbooking during peak hours
    4. 4You can set different limits for different times
    5. 5Consider your regular member traffic when setting limits
