Why Contact Info Matters
- Guests may have questions before booking (parking, equipment, etc.)
- Day-of questions about finding your entrance
- Builds trust—gyms with contact info get more bookings
- Required for some travelers who prefer to call ahead
Contact Options to Add
Phone Number
Your gym's main phone line. Include country code for international travelers.
Example: +1 (512) 555-0123
Email Address
A monitored email for guest inquiries. Respond within 24 hours ideally.
Example: info@yourgym.com
Website
Your gym's website for more information.
Example: https://www.yourgym.com
Social Media
Instagram, Facebook, or other social profiles. Helps guests see your vibe.
Example: @yourgym
How to Add Contact Info

Go to Location Settings
From your dashboard, click 'Manage Locations' and select your gym.

Find Contact Information
Look for the 'Contact' or 'Contact Info' section.

Enter Your Details
Fill in your phone number, email, website, and social media links.

Click 'Save' to update your listing.

- Use a phone number that's answered during business hours
- Set up an auto-reply for emails so guests know you received their message
