Connecting Stripe for Each Location
Every location needs an active Stripe connection to accept bookings. Here's how to set up payments for each of your gym locations.
Important: Locations Without Stripe Cannot Accept Bookings
If a location doesn't have a connected Stripe account, it will appear in the Action Center as "Stripe Not Connected" and travelers won't be able to purchase passes for that location.
Your Stripe Options
Option 1: One Stripe Account for All Locations
Connect the same Stripe account to every location. All revenue goes to one bank account.
- Simplest setup—connect once, use everywhere
- All payouts to one bank account
- Revenue still tracked per location in analytics
Option 2: Separate Stripe Accounts
Use different Stripe accounts for different locations. Each connects to its own bank account.
- Separate bank accounts per location
- Good for separately-owned franchises
- Each location is a separate business entity
How to Connect Stripe to a Location
Go to Manage Locations
From your Partner dashboard, click 'Manage Locations' in Quick Actions or the sidebar.
Select the Location
Click on the location card that shows 'Stripe Not Connected' (or any location you want to update).
Find the Stripe Section
Scroll to the 'Payment Settings' or 'Stripe Connection' section in the location settings.
Click 'Connect Stripe'
You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure website to either sign in to an existing account or create a new one.
Complete Stripe Setup
Enter your business details, bank account information, and verify your identity as required by Stripe.
Return to FTNSS
After completing Stripe setup, you'll be redirected back. The location will now show 'Stripe Connected' with a green checkmark.
Repeat for Other Locations
If you want to use the same Stripe account, just select 'Use Existing Account' when prompted. For a different account, go through the full setup again.
Checking Stripe Status Per Location
You can quickly see the Stripe status of all locations from the Manage Locations screen:
Troubleshooting
Stripe shows "Pending" for a long time
Stripe may need additional verification documents. Log in to your Stripe Dashboard directly at stripe.com to see what's required.
Can't find "Connect Stripe" button
Make sure you're in the location's settings page, not just viewing the location card. Click on the location to open its full settings.
Want to change which Stripe account is connected
Contact support@ftnss.fit to disconnect the current account. You can then connect a different one.
