Get the FTNSS Partner app on your device
- 1Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- 2Search for 'FTNSS Partner'
- 3Look for the official app with the FTNSS logo
- 4Tap 'Install' or 'Get' to download
- 5Once installed, log in with your Partner account credentials

Using the QR Scanner
Check in guests using their mobile passes
- 1Tap the 'Check-In' tab in the bottom navigation
- 2Allow camera access when prompted
- 3Point your camera at the guest's QR code
- 4The app will automatically scan and validate
- 5Green checkmark = valid pass, red X = invalid/expired
Setting Up Notifications
Configure push alerts on your phone
- 1Go to Settings > Notifications in the app
- 2Enable push notifications when prompted
- 3Choose which alerts you want to receive
- 4Set quiet hours to pause notifications
- 5Test with a sample notification
