    Downloading the App

    Get the FTNSS Partner app on your device

    1. 1Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
    2. 2Search for 'FTNSS Partner'
    3. 3Look for the official app with the FTNSS logo
    4. 4Tap 'Install' or 'Get' to download
    5. 5Once installed, log in with your Partner account credentials

    Using the QR Scanner

    Check in guests using their mobile passes

    1. 1Tap the 'Check-In' tab in the bottom navigation
    2. 2Allow camera access when prompted
    3. 3Point your camera at the guest's QR code
    4. 4The app will automatically scan and validate
    5. 5Green checkmark = valid pass, red X = invalid/expired

    Setting Up Notifications

    Configure push alerts on your phone

    1. 1Go to Settings > Notifications in the app
    2. 2Enable push notifications when prompted
    3. 3Choose which alerts you want to receive
    4. 4Set quiet hours to pause notifications
    5. 5Test with a sample notification
