Partner Agreement Highlights
Key terms to know as a FTNSS Partner
- You must own or have authorization to list the gym facility
- Pricing displayed must match what guests pay on arrival
- You agree to honor all confirmed bookings
- You set your net rate—customers pay fees on top, you receive exactly what you set
- You can close your listing at any time by contacting support
Guest Safety Requirements
Your responsibilities for guest safety
- Maintain all equipment in safe, working condition
- Display emergency contact information visibly
- Have first aid supplies readily available
- Ensure proper supervision during operating hours
- Comply with local health and safety regulations
Cancellation & Refund Policies
How cancellations and refunds work
- Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund
- Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% refund to guest, 50% to you
- No-shows: You receive full payout—no action needed
- You can cancel a booking in emergencies with valid reason
- Funds are held for 10 days to accommodate refunds and disputes
Prohibited Activities
Actions that violate FTNSS policies
- Discriminating against guests based on protected characteristics
- Charging guests additional fees not listed on FTNSS
- Asking guests to pay outside the FTNSS platform
- Providing false information about your facility or services
- Using fake reviews or manipulating ratings
Quality Standards
What we expect from partner gyms
- Accurate photos that represent your current facility
- Updated hours and availability information
- Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain a 4.0+ average rating
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
Listing Requirements
What your listing must include
- At least 5 high-quality photos of your facility
- Accurate address with map pin verification
- Complete description of amenities and equipment
- Clear pricing for all pass types offered
- Current operating hours and any seasonal changes
