Connecting Stripe to FTNSS

    Once you have a Stripe account, connecting it to FTNSS takes just a few clicks.

    How to Connect

    Log in to FTNSS Partner

    Go to partner.FTNSS.fit and sign in to your account

    Go to Settings → Payments

    Find the payments section in your dashboard settings

    Click 'Connect Stripe'

    You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure authorization page

    Authorize the connection

    Log in to your Stripe account and approve the connection to FTNSS

    You're connected!

    You'll be redirected back to FTNSS. Your account is now ready to receive payments.

    What Happens Next?

    Once connected, your gym listing will be activated and customers can start booking passes. When bookings come in:

    • Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account
    • Funds are held for 10 days to settle any refunds or disputes
    • After the hold period, funds are available for payout
    • Payouts are sent weekly or monthly based on your Stripe settings

    Checking Your Connection Status

    You can verify your Stripe connection anytime in your FTNSS Partner dashboard under Settings → Payments. A green checkmark indicates your account is connected and active.

    Once connected, you're ready to accept bookings from travelers on FTNSS.fit

    Troubleshooting

    Connection failed? Make sure:

    • You're logged into the correct Stripe account
    • Your Stripe account is fully verified
    • You've completed all required business information in Stripe
