    Adding Team Members

    Invite staff to help manage your gym on FTNSS

    1. 1Go to Settings > Team in your dashboard
    2. 2Click 'Invite Team Member'
    3. 3Enter their email address
    4. 4Select their role (Manager, Staff, or Viewer)
    5. 5They'll receive an email invitation to join
    6. 6Once they accept, they'll appear in your team list

    Managing Permissions

    2. 2Click on a team member's name
    3. 3Select 'Edit Permissions'
    4. 4Choose from preset roles or customize individual permissions
    5. 5Click 'Save' to apply changes

    Changing Team Roles

    6. 6Confirm the change

    Removing Team Members

    Revoke access when staff leaves

    1. 1Navigate to Settings > Team
    2. 2Find the team member to remove
    3. 3Click the three-dot menu and select 'Remove'
    4. 4Confirm the removal
    5. 5Their access is revoked immediately
    6. 6They'll receive an email notification
