Keep your FTNSS listing accurate by updating your hours whenever they change.
How to Update Your Hours
Log in to your dashboard
Go to partner.FTNSS.fit and sign in to your account.
Navigate to your listing
Select your gym from the locations menu if you have multiple locations.
Go to Hours & Availability
Find the "Hours" or "Availability" section in your listing settings.
Update your hours
Set opening and closing times for each day of the week. Mark days as closed if needed.
Save and publish
Click Save to update your listing. Changes take effect immediately.
Types of Hours You Can Set
Regular Hours
Your standard weekly schedule. Set different hours for each day of the week.
Holiday Closures
Mark specific dates when your gym is closed for holidays or maintenance.
Seasonal Hours
Set temporary hours for specific date ranges (summer hours, winter break, etc.).
Special Events
Adjust hours for one-off events or temporary closures.
Keep Your Hours Accurate
Customers rely on your listed hours when planning their visit. If they arrive expecting to work out and find you closed, it creates a poor experience and may result in negative reviews.
Update your hours as soon as you know about any changes—especially for holidays and special closures.
24-Hour Gyms
If you run a 24-hour gym, you should set your FTNSS availability hours to match when staff is available to scan customer QR codes. Currently, FTNSS requires staff check-in.
