What can and can't be changed
Limited Modifications
FTNSS bookings are designed to be straightforward. Most changes require the guest to cancel and rebook.
What You Can Do
- • Check in manually: If QR scanning fails
- • View guest details: Name, contact, pass info
- • Add notes: Internal notes for your team
What Requires Guest Action
- • Date changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
- • Location changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
- • Pass type changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
- • Cancellations: Guest can cancel through the app
