    Limited Modifications

    FTNSS bookings are designed to be straightforward. Most changes require the guest to cancel and rebook.

    What You Can Do

    • Check in manually: If QR scanning fails
    • View guest details: Name, contact, pass info
    • Add notes: Internal notes for your team

    What Requires Guest Action

    • Date changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
    • Location changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
    • Pass type changes: Guest must cancel and rebook
    • Cancellations: Guest can cancel through the app
