    What to do when a pass is no longer valid

    Expired = Invalid

    When you scan a QR code and see a red "Expired" or "Invalid" screen, the pass is no longer valid. Do not allow entry.

    Why Passes Expire

    • 1-Day Pass: Valid only on the selected date
    • 7-Day Pass: Valid for 7 consecutive days from start date
    • 30-Day Pass: Valid for 30 consecutive days from start date

    How to Handle Expired Passes

    1. 1Politely inform the guest their pass has expired
    2. 2Show them the expiration date on the scan result
    3. 3Explain they can purchase a new pass instantly
    4. 4Direct them to the FTNSS app or website
    5. 5Once purchased, scan their new QR code to check in

    No Exceptions

    FTNSS passes cannot be extended or backdated. Each pass is valid for a specific period only. If a guest needs more time, they must purchase a new pass.
