Location Mismatch

    When a pass is for a different location

    What This Means

    If you scan a QR code and see a "Location Mismatch" warning (yellow screen), it means the guest purchased a pass for a different gym location—not yours.

    What to Do

    1. 1Politely explain the pass is for a different location
    2. 2Show the guest which location their pass is for
    3. 3Offer to help them find directions to the correct gym
    4. 4If they want to work out here, direct them to purchase a new pass
    5. 5They can do this instantly through the FTNSS app

    Preventing Confusion

    • If you have multiple locations, make sure each is clearly named
    • Include neighborhood or street names in your location title
    • Add clear directions in your listing description
