Location Mismatch
When a pass is for a different location
What This Means
If you scan a QR code and see a "Location Mismatch" warning (yellow screen), it means the guest purchased a pass for a different gym location—not yours.
What to Do
- 1Politely explain the pass is for a different location
- 2Show the guest which location their pass is for
- 3Offer to help them find directions to the correct gym
- 4If they want to work out here, direct them to purchase a new pass
- 5They can do this instantly through the FTNSS app
Preventing Confusion
- If you have multiple locations, make sure each is clearly named
- Include neighborhood or street names in your location title
- Add clear directions in your listing description
