    How to Check In a Guest

    They'll have it on their phone in the FTNSS app or in their confirmation email.

    Use the Partner app, your dashboard webcam, or a barcode scanner.

    Green screen = good to go

    A green confirmation means the pass is valid. Let them in and enjoy their workout.

    What You'll See After Scanning

    • Green: Pass is valid—welcome them in!
    • Yellow: Pass is valid but there's a note (e.g., first-time visitor).
