Check-in Statuses

    What each status means

    Every booking in your dashboard has a status that tells you where it is in its lifecycle. Here's what each status means and what actions you can take.

    Confirmed

    Guest has a valid pass and has not checked in yet today

    Checked In

    Guest has been scanned and marked as present for today

    Expired

    Pass validity period has ended

    Cancelled

    Booking was cancelled and refunded

    No-Show

    Guest did not check in during their pass validity period

    Status Transitions

    • Confirmed → Checked In: When you scan a valid QR code
    • Confirmed → Expired: When the pass validity ends without use
    • Confirmed → Cancelled: When the guest or FTNSS cancels
    • Expired → No-Show: After 24 hours without check-in
