How Payments Flow
From booking to your bank
You set your rate. Customers pay your rate plus a small service fee. You receive exactly what you set—no deductions, no surprises.
Step by Step
1
Guest books and pays
They pay your net rate plus a service fee (FTNSS platform + Stripe processing). For example, ~$4 on a $20 pass.
2
Funds are held securely
Payment is held for 10 days to accommodate refund windows and potential disputes.
3
Payout to your bank
After the hold period, funds transfer to your connected Stripe account on your chosen schedule (weekly or monthly).
Example: $20 Day Pass
Your net rate$20.00
Customer pays (inc. fees)~$24.00
You receive$20.00
Why the 10-Day Hold?
- Allows for our 24-hour guest refund policy
- Provides time to resolve any disputes
- Protects both you and the guest
- Industry-standard practice for booking platforms
