Refund Timeline
24+ hours before visit
Guest receives 100% refund. You receive nothing, but you have time to potentially fill the spot.
Under 24 hours before visit
Guest receives 50% refund. You receive 50% of your net rate as compensation.
No-show (no cancellation)
No refund for the guest. You receive your full payout.

Funds are held for 10 days after booking to accommodate:
