Scanning Guest QR Codes

When FTNSS customers arrive at your gym, they'll show a QR code on their phone. Here's how to scan it and check them in.

    CAUTION

The pass may need attention. Common reasons include capacity limits reached or a pass that's about to expire.

Review the details on screen and decide whether to allow access.

    Tips for Smooth Check-ins

    Keep brightness up

Ask customers to increase their phone's screen brightness for easier scanning.

    Good lighting helps

If the front desk is dim, consider adding a small light near the scanner.

    Have a backup method

Keep the web dashboard open in case your primary scanner has issues.

    Check the booking name

For first-time visitors, you may want to verify ID matches the booking name.
