Accessing Your Guest List
Log in to Partner Dashboard
Go to partner.ftnss.fit and sign in.
Click 'Members' in Quick Actions
Or find 'Guests' or 'Members' in the sidebar navigation.
Browse Your Guest List
You'll see a list of everyone who has purchased a pass at your gym.
Guest Profile Information
Each guest profile shows:
Name
Guest's first and last name
First Visit
When they first came to your gym
Visit Count
Total number of check-ins
Last Visit
Most recent check-in date
Visitor Type
First-time vs. Returning badge
Active Pass
Current pass status if any
Searching for Guests
Use the search bar at the top of the Members page to find specific guests:
- Search by name (first or last)
- Search by email address
- Results update as you type
Identifying Returning Visitors
First-Time Visitor
This is their first time at your gym. Make a great impression! A warm welcome can turn them into a repeat customer.
Returning Visitor
They've been here before and chose to come back. Acknowledge their loyalty— a simple "Welcome back!" goes a long way.
Viewing Visit History
Click on any guest to see their complete history:
- All past visits with dates and times
- Which pass type they used each time
- Total amount spent at your gym
- Any notes or flags on their account
Tips for Great Guest Experiences
Greet returning visitors by name
Check the QR scan result—it shows if they've visited before. A personal greeting makes a huge difference.
Offer a quick orientation for first-timers
Show them where the locker rooms, equipment, and water fountains are. It only takes a minute.
Thank frequent visitors
If you notice someone has visited 5+ times, thank them for their loyalty. Word-of-mouth from happy travelers is powerful.
Ask for reviews from satisfied guests
Happy visitors are more likely to leave positive reviews. A polite ask after a good workout can boost your ratings.
