Publishing and Unpublishing Locations

    Control exactly when and which of your gym locations are visible to travelers on FTNSS.fit.

    Understanding Location Status

    Published (Active)

    • Visible on FTNSS.fit to all travelers
    • Appears in search results and map
    • Customers can purchase passes
    • You receive booking notifications

    Unpublished (Inactive)

    • Hidden from FTNSS.fit completely
    • Not in search results or map
    • No new bookings can be made
    • Existing bookings still honored

    When to Unpublish a Location

    • Temporary Closures

      Holidays, renovations, or maintenance that will last more than a day

    • Setting Up a New Location

      Keep it unpublished while you add photos, set pricing, and connect Stripe

    • Staffing Issues

      If you can't guarantee someone will be available to check in guests

    • Seasonal Closures

      For gyms that close during certain times of year

    How to Publish a Location

    Go to Manage Locations

    From your dashboard, click 'Manage Locations' in Quick Actions.

    Select the Location

    Click on the location card you want to publish.

    Review Your Listing

    Make sure you have: photos uploaded, pricing set, hours entered, and Stripe connected.

    Toggle to Active

    Find the 'Status' toggle at the top of the location settings. Switch it from 'Inactive' to 'Active'.

    Confirm

    Click 'Save' or 'Publish'. Your location will be live on FTNSS.fit within seconds.

    How to Unpublish a Location

    Go to Manage Locations

    From your dashboard, click 'Manage Locations'.

    Select the Active Location

    Click on the location showing 'Active' status.

    Toggle to Inactive

    Switch the Status toggle from 'Active' to 'Inactive'.

    Save Changes

    Click 'Save'. The location will be hidden from FTNSS.fit immediately.

    Important Notes

    Existing Bookings Are Still Valid

    When you unpublish a location, any bookings already made are still honored. Guests who purchased passes before you unpublished can still check in during their valid period.

    Requirements to Publish

    Before you can publish, your location must have: at least one photo, pricing set for at least one pass type, operating hours defined, and a connected Stripe account.

    Changes Are Instant

    Publishing and unpublishing take effect immediately. There's no delay or approval process.
