Updating Your Prices

    How to change prices without disrupting existing bookings. Your new rates apply to future bookings only.

    Important to Know

    Existing Bookings Are Protected

    Price changes only affect new bookings. Customers who already purchased at the old price keep that price for their pass.

    Changes Are Instant

    As soon as you save, your new prices are live on FTNSS.fit. There's no delay or approval process.

    How to Update Your Prices

    Go to Location Settings

    From your dashboard, click 'Manage Locations' and select the location you want to update.

    Navigate to Pricing

    Find the 'Pricing' section in your location settings.

    Update Your Net Rates

    Change the rate for any pass type (1-Day, 7-Day, 30-Day, 365-Day). This is the amount you'll receive.

    Review Customer Prices

    The system will show you what customers will pay (your rate + service fee).

    Save Changes

    Click 'Save' to apply your new pricing immediately.

    When to Consider Updating Prices

    • You're getting a lot of bookings and want to test higher prices
    • You're getting few bookings and want to try more competitive pricing
    • Your operating costs have changed
    • Seasonal demand shifts (peak vs. off-peak)
    • Competitors in your area have changed their rates

    Pricing Tips

    Test gradually

    Make small adjustments ($2-5) and monitor the impact over a few weeks

    Consider your value

    Premium amenities (sauna, pool, towel service) justify higher prices

    Check competitors

    Research what other gyms in your area charge for drop-in rates

    Discount longer stays

    Your 7-day pass should be less than 7x your day pass
