Every FTNSS guest receives a unique QR code when they book a pass. Scanning this code verifies their pass is valid and marks them as checked in.

Use a webcam at your front desk to scan codes from your computer
How to Scan a QR Code
- 1Open the FTNSS Partner app or dashboard
- 2Tap or click on 'Scan QR Code'
- 3Point your camera at the guest's QR code
- 4Wait for the scan result (green = valid)
- 5The guest is now checked in!
Scan Results
VALID - Green
Pass is valid for today. Guest can enter.
CAUTION - Yellow
Already checked in today, or pass is for a different location.
INVALID - Red
Pass is expired, cancelled, or not valid. Do not allow entry.
