Understanding Your Dashboard

    Your Partner dashboard is the command center for managing your FTNSS listing. Here's everything you need to know about navigating and using it effectively.

    Dashboard Layout

    When you log in to partner.ftnss.fit, your dashboard is organized into these main sections:

    The Action Center

    The Action Center highlights urgent tasks that need your attention. These alerts help you ensure your listing is complete and you're ready to receive guests.

    Stripe Not Connected

    You won't receive payments until you connect your Stripe account.

    Connect Stripe

    Missing Contact Info

    Add a phone number so guests can reach you with questions.

    Update Profile

    Unpublished Locations

    You have locations that aren't visible to travelers yet.

    Publish Locations

    All clear? When you've completed all tasks, the Action Center will show a green checkmark and "You're all set!"

    Quick Actions

    Quick Actions are large, easy-to-tap buttons for the tasks you'll use most often. They're designed for fast access, especially when you're busy at the front desk.

    Open QR Scanner

    Scan guest passes to check them in. This opens your device's camera for instant validation.

    Manage Locations

    View and edit your gym locations, update hours, or add new facilities.

    View Finances

    See detailed revenue reports, transaction history, and payout status.

    Members

    Browse guest profiles, view visit history, and manage your customer base.

    Navigating Your Dashboard

    Log in to partner.ftnss.fit

    Enter your email and password. You'll see your main dashboard immediately after logging in.

    Check the Action Center

    Look for any red or yellow alerts at the top. Complete these tasks first to ensure your listing is live and payments are enabled.

    Review Your Stats

    Glance at your Passes Sold, Check-ins, and Net Revenue. Switch between Today, This Month, and Lifetime views.

    Use Quick Actions

    Tap 'Open QR Scanner' to check in a guest, or 'View Finances' to see your earnings in detail.

    Monitor the Activity Feed

    Scroll down to see real-time updates. New bookings and check-ins appear here as they happen.
