Transaction History

    View every booking and payment made at your gym. Filter, search, and export your transaction data for accounting and business insights.

    What's in Your Transaction History

    Each transaction record includes:

    • Customer name
    • Pass type purchased (1-Day, 7-Day, etc.)
    • Location (if you have multiple)
    • Date and time of purchase
    • Gross amount (what customer paid)
    • Net amount (what you receive)
    • Transaction status
    • Booking reference number

    How to View Transaction History

    Log in to the Partner Dashboard

    Go to partner.ftnss.fit and sign in with your credentials.

    Click 'View Finances'

    Find this in the Quick Actions section on your main dashboard.

    Navigate to Transaction History

    Click on the 'Transactions' or 'History' tab within the Finance section.

    Browse Your Transactions

    Transactions are listed with the most recent at the top. Scroll to see older entries.

    Understanding Transaction Status

    CompletedPayment successful, pass is active
    PendingPayment processing (usually clears within minutes)
    RefundedCustomer requested and received a refund
    FailedPayment was declined or couldn't process

    Filtering Your Transactions

    Use filters to find specific transactions:

    Date Range

    Select a start and end date

    Customer Name

    Search by guest name

    Location

    Filter by specific gym location

    Status

    Show only completed, pending, or refunded

    Exporting Transaction Data

    Need records for your accountant or taxes? Export your transactions:

    1. 1Set your desired date range filter
    2. 2Click the Export button (usually top-right of the table)
    3. 3Choose CSV or Excel format
    4. 4The file will download to your device

    Understanding Gross vs. Net
