Managing Multiple Locations

FTNSS supports gym owners with multiple facilities. Manage all your locations from a single dashboard, set different pricing for each, and control which ones are visible to travelers.

    How Multi-Location Works

Your FTNSS Partner account is linked to an organization. Under that organization, you can add multiple gym locations. Each location has its own:

    • Address and contact information
    • Operating hours
    • Photos and description
    • Pricing (day passes, weekly passes, etc.)
    • Published/Unpublished status
    • Stripe connection for payouts

Note: Each organization is tied to one country and currency. If you have gyms in different countries (e.g., USA and Canada), you'll need separate organizations for each.

    Viewing Your Locations

    1

    Open the Partner Dashboard

Log in to partner.ftnss.fit with your email and password.

    2

    Click 'Manage Locations'

Find this in the Quick Actions section on your main dashboard, or in the left sidebar menu.

    3

    View Your Location List

You'll see all your locations displayed as cards. Each card shows the location name, address, status (Active/Inactive), and Stripe connection status.

    Understanding Location Status

    Active (Published)

This location is visible on FTNSS.fit. Travelers can find it, view your listing, and purchase passes.

    Inactive (Unpublished)

This location is hidden from travelers. Use this while setting up, during renovations, or for seasonal closures.

    Adding a New Location

    1

    Go to Manage Locations

From your dashboard, navigate to the Locations section.

    2

    Click 'Add Location'

You'll find this button at the top right of your locations list.

    3

    Enter Location Details

Fill in the gym name, full address, phone number, and email for this specific location.

    4

    Set Operating Hours

Enter your open and close times for each day of the week. Mark any days you're closed.

    5

    Add Photos

Upload at least 5 high-quality photos showing your gym floor, equipment, and amenities.

    6

    Set Pricing

Define your net rate for each pass type (1-Day, 7-Day, etc.). This is the amount you receive.

    7

    Connect Stripe

Link a Stripe account to this location. You can use the same Stripe account for all locations, or different ones.

    8

    Publish When Ready

Toggle the location to 'Active' when you're ready for travelers to find you.

    Stripe Connection Per Location

Each location needs an active Stripe connection to receive payments. You have two options:

    Option 1: Same Stripe Account

Connect the same Stripe account to all locations. All payouts go to one bank account, but you can still see revenue broken down by location in your analytics.

    Option 2: Separate Stripe Accounts

Use different Stripe accounts for different locations. Useful if each location has its own bank account or is a separate business entity.

Important: Locations without a connected Stripe account cannot accept bookings. The Action Center will alert you if any location is missing Stripe.

    Editing Location Details

    To edit an existing location:

    1. 1Go to Manage Locations
    2. 2Click on the location card you want to edit
    3. 3Update any fields: name, address, hours, photos, pricing
    4. 4Click Save Changes

Changes take effect immediately. If the location is published, travelers will see the updated information right away.
