Staff Training

Get your team ready to welcome FTNSS guests

Your front desk staff are the first impression for FTNSS guests. A quick training session ensures smooth check-ins and happy visitors.

    What Staff Need to Know

    • FTNSS guests have already paid—they're not walk-ins to sell to
    • Guests show a QR code on their phone to check in
    • Scan the QR code using the Partner app or dashboard
    • Green = valid, Yellow = caution, Red = invalid
    • Treat FTNSS guests just like members—give them a great experience

    Practice QR Scanning

Use our training page to let staff practice scanning QR codes and see what different results look like.

    Common Scenarios

    "I don't see a QR code"

Ask the guest to open the FTNSS app and go to "My Passes." Their QR code is there. If they can't find it, use manual check-in.

    "The scan shows yellow/caution"

This usually means already checked in today or wrong location. Read the on-screen message for details.

    "The scan shows red/invalid"

The pass is expired, cancelled, or fake. Do not allow entry. Direct them to purchase a new pass.

    "Guest wants a membership"

Great! FTNSS guests can convert to members. Handle it like any other membership sale.
